Exodus 3:1-22 tell how God call Moses inside burning bush, give am mission to rescue Israelites from Egypt wahala.
1. One day, Moses dey take care of him father-in-law Jethro sheep for desert, he waka reach Mount Horeb, wey be di mountain of God.
2. Na there one angel of God appear to am for fire inside burning bush, but di bush no burn finish.
3. Moses come surprise, he say, "Why di bush dey burn but e no burn finish? Make I go see dis wonder."
4. When God see say Moses don near di bush, God call am from inside di fire say, "Moses! Moses!" Moses reply, "I dey here."
5. God say, "No come near! Remove your shoe, because di ground wey you stand na holy ground."
6. God say, "I be di God of your papa, di God of Abraham, di God of Isaac, and di God of Jacob." Moses fear, he cover him face because he no fit look God.
7. God say, "I don see how my people for Egypt dey suffer, I don hear dia cry because of dia slave masters, I sabi dia pain."
8. "So I don come down to rescue dem from Egypt and carry dem go better land, wey milk and honey dey flow, di land wey di Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites dey."
9. "See as di Israelites dey cry come reach me, I don see how di Egyptians dey oppress dem."
10. "So Moses, I dey send you go meet Pharaoh, make you go bring my people, di Israelites, come out from Egypt."
11. Moses ask God, "Who I be to go meet Pharaoh and bring di Israelites come out from Egypt?"
12. God reply, "I go dey with you. Dis go be di sign say na me send you: When you don bring di people commot from Egypt, una go worship me for dis mountain."
13. Moses ask God, "If I go meet di Israelites tell dem, 'Di God of una papa don send me,' and dem ask me, 'Wetin be him name?' Wetin I go tell dem?"
14. God tell Moses, "Tell dem say, 'I AM WEY I BE' send you."
15. God say, "Tell di Israelites, 'Di Lord, di God of una papa, di God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, don send me to una.' Dis go be my name forever, di name wey people go take remember me."
16. "Go gather di elders of Israel and tell dem say, 'Di Lord don appear to me, e say, "I don see wetin dem dey do una for Egypt."'
17. "I don promise to carry una commot from di suffer wey dey Egypt go di land wey milk and honey dey flow."
18. "Dem go hear you, then you and di elders go tell Pharaoh say, 'Di Lord don meet us, make we go three days journey for wilderness go sacrifice to am.'"
19. "But I sabi say Pharaoh no go gree except strong hand force am."
20. "So I go stretch my hand, I go do many wonders for Egypt, then Pharaoh go release una."
21. "I go make di Egyptians favor una, so una no go leave empty-handed."
22. "Every woman go ask her Egyptian neighbor for silver, gold, and fine cloth, una go carry dem for una pikin and take go."
