Genesis 6 talk about how Noah build di ark because God wan flood di world. Noah obey God, save him family, and animals from di flood.
1. As human beings begin plenty for di earth and dem born plenty daughters,
2. di sons of God see say di daughters of man fine well well, so dem choose di ones wey dem like and marry dem.
3. Then God say, “My Spirit no go dey with man forever, because man na flesh. E go get only 120 years to live.”
4. For those days, giants (Nephilim) dey for di earth, and also after dat time, when di sons of God dey marry di daughters of man, dem born children. Dis children become mighty men wey famous for di old days.
5. God see say wickedness don plenty for di earth, and say all di thoughts wey dey man heart na evil from morning till night.
6. God come regret say he don create man for di earth, and he heart pain am well well.
7. So God say, “I go wipe away man wey I don create from di surface of di earth—both man, animal, di things wey dey crawl, and di birds of di sky—because I don regret say I create dem.”
8. But Noah find favor for God eye.
9. Dis na di story of Noah: Noah be righteous man, and he dey blameless among di people of im time, and he waka with God.
10. Noah get three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
11. Di earth don spoil for God eye, and violence full everywhere.
12. God look di earth and see say everywhere don spoil, because all di people for di earth don corrupt dia ways.
13. So God talk to Noah, “I don decide to destroy all di people, because violence don full di earth because of dem. So I go destroy dem with di earth.
14. Build big boat (ark) for yourself with gopher wood; you go make different rooms inside am and cover am with tar inside and outside.
15. Dis na how you go build di ark: e go be 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, and 30 cubits high.
16. Make roof wey get opening around di top, about one cubit high; you go put di door for di side of di ark, and you go make lower, middle, and upper decks.
17. I go bring flood water come di earth to destroy every living thing wey get life under di sky. Everything wey dey for di earth go die.
18. But I go make agreement (covenant) with you, and you go enter di ark—you, your sons, your wife, and di wives of your sons with you.
19. You go bring two of every kind of living creature, male and female, into di ark to keep dem alive with you.
20. Of di different kinds of birds, animals, and every kind of creature wey dey crawl on di ground, two of each kind go come to you to keep dem alive.
21. And you go gather every kind of food wey dem fit chop, and keep am as supply for you and dem animals.”
22. So Noah do everything just as God don command am.
