Genesis 3 talk about how sin enter di world wen man and woman disobey God. God punish dem, and send dem out of Eden garden.
1. Di serpent wey be di most cunning among all di animals wey God create, come talk to di woman. E say, “You fit chop di fruit from any tree for di garden?”
2. Di woman answer di serpent, say, “We fit chop di fruit from di trees for di garden,
3. but di fruit wey dey for di middle of di garden, God don talk say we no go chop am, and we no go touch am, so dat we no go die.”
4. Di serpent come reply di woman, say, “You no go die at all.
5. God sabi say if you chop dat fruit, your eyes go open, and you go be like God, sabi wetin be good and evil.”
6. Di woman see say di fruit fine for food, and e sweet for eye, and e go make person wise. So she take some, chop am, and she give di man wey dey with her, and e chop too.
7. After dem chop di fruit, di eyes of both of dem open, and dem realize say dem dey naked, so dem sew fig leaves together and make cloth for demself.
8. When dem hear God voice dey walk for di garden in di cool of di day, di man and im wife hide for di presence of God among di trees of di garden.
9. But God call di man, say, “Where you dey?” Di man answer, say, “I dey hear your voice for di garden, and I fear because I dey naked, so I hide.”
10. God ask, say, “Who tell you say you dey naked? You chop di fruit wey I tell you make you no chop?”
11. Di man reply, say, “Di woman wey you give me to be with me, she give me di fruit, and I chop.”
12. God turn to di woman, say, “Wetim you do?” Di woman answer, say, “Di serpent trick me, and I chop.”
13. God say to di serpent, “Because you do dis, you go be cursed more than all di animals and di beasts of di field. You go dey crawl on your belly, and you go dey eat dust all di days of your life.
14. I go put enmity between you and di woman, and between your seed and her seed; e go crush your head, and you go wound im heel.”
15. God say to di woman, “I go make your pain for childbearing plenty; you go fit dey born pikin for pain, and your desire go dey for your husband, and he go rule over you.”
16. God say to di man, “Because you listen to your wife and chop di fruit wey I tell you make you no chop, di ground go curse because of you. You go dey suffer for di ground all di days of your life.
17. Di ground go bring forth thorns and thistles for you, and you go eat from di plants of di field.
18. By di sweat of your face, you go eat bread, until you go return to di ground; because from dia you come, for dust you be, and to dust you go return.”
19. Di man call di name of im wife Eve, because she be di mother of all living.
20. God make skin cloth from animal skin for di man and im wife and e cover dem.
21. God say, “Behold, di man don become like one of us, sabi good and evil; and now, make we no allow am stretch im hand and take di fruit of di tree of life, and chop am, and live forever.”
22. So God drive di man from di garden of Eden to till di ground wey e come from.
23. E put di cherubim and di flaming sword wey dey turn every way to guard di way to di tree of life.
24. So God send di man go outside di garden, and e put di cherubim to guard di entrance to di tree of life.
